Sponsored by the Roadrunner Foundation and held at East Texas' own gem of a golf course at Crown Colony Country Club in Lufkin, the annual Guy Davis Golf Tournament brings in duffers from all around the country for the one-day event.

Featuring a Friday night Calcutta followed by a Saturday round of golf (played in a five-man scramble format), the tournament generates proceeds in support of Angelina College athletics, in addition to providing scholarships to area students.
Over the years, the tournament's sponsorships have grown exponentially, with local business generously offering time and other resources to ensure the tournament's success. Those sponsors frequently include various prizes for holes-in-one, closest-to-the-pin and long-drive entries.
The tournament takes place in late August.
